Unlocks were with the carrier scheduled to be completed by end of day as I told him and he contacted the carrier (which was the final step of the lock) so when they unlocked them it was because I finished my end but didn't have the Che chance to email this to customer due to I was supposed to and we agreed upon 5pm today, not my fault he went back on his word he sent me in an email saying 5pm then if they weren't complete I'd give a refund. Not my fault I had a rush of lunchtime crowd and didn't have a chance til now to email the final intstructions. If he did the same thing (chat in) yesterday or this morning they would have not been able to unlock for customer according to email from the carrier I have
